## Sign in
Complete your profile in the mobile app, then sign in to the website with the same Apple account.

## View activities
Sync on your phone, then open [Activities](/en/console/activities). Search by name and review dates, distance and duration.

## Export data
Choose a date range and file format in [Export data](/en/console/exports). Use JSON for programs or CSV for spreadsheets. See the [export guide](/en/docs/export) for what is included.

Local records do not upload automatically. You choose whether to merge them after signing in on your phone.
