Complete your profile in the mobile app, then sign in to the website with the same Apple account.

View activities

Sync on your phone, then open Activities. Search by name and review dates, distance and duration.

Export data

Choose a date range and file format in Export data. Use JSON for programs or CSV for spreadsheets. See the export guide for what is included.

Local records do not upload automatically. You choose whether to merge them after signing in on your phone.
