Training calendar

Plans and completed activities

Training Calendar offers month, week, year and list views. Filter courses, activities, races or available training time, select an entry for details, and use Today to return to the current date. Weekly summaries show planned duration, recorded duration, activity count and completed courses.

Courses and activities remain separate, so an activity is not automatically treated as completion of a plan. Courses show their status. Races display saved distance, net and gun times, bib, category and rankings, with links to associated activities.

Inspect a course

Open a course to see its steps, durations, intensity zones and pace or heart-rate targets. Completed entries use the course saved at execution time and show executed duration. Sample coverage within targets appears on the associated activity's Course tab.

Upcoming courses reflect the current plan and recovery state. Dates beyond available courses show Available training time: a time budget, not a committed workout. Rest days do not become training sessions.

Edit your training plan

After completing your runner profile, choose Edit training plan to set a goal, daily time budgets, an optional race date and strides preference. Each day is rest or 20–180 minutes in five-minute increments. At least one training day is required.

Saved changes sync through the same account on phone and web. Existing activities, accepted courses and completed records retain their facts. If another device changes the data at the same time, a conflict message prevents overwriting it. Close the form, reload and edit the current plan.

The calendar also shows your current phase and estimated remaining recovery. A planned entry does not imply execution.

Export to another calendar

Export calendar creates an ICS file for the visible date range and selected entry type. Import it into an iCalendar-compatible application. Entries use all-day dates; course descriptions contain steps and status.

The file is a snapshot, not a live subscription. Later edits do not update already imported calendars. The receiving application decides how to deduplicate repeated imports using stable entry identifiers.

Weekly totals separate prescribed duration, future training availability and recorded duration. Historical courses without a saved dose are marked partial rather than treated as zero. During analysis, synced activities appear first; courses and plan editing become available automatically when processing finishes.
